To help ensure that you recieve your order before Christmas, please refer to the below cut off dates. Orders must also be placed before 11:59pm AEDT on the dates below. Orders placed after these recommendations will most likely be delivered after Christmas.
Please kindly allow up to 48 hours for updated tracking information based on dispatch and Australia Post processing times.

Jeanswest orders are delivered by Australia Post. To track your order please visit the Australia Post tracking page here and reference your tracking number which will be available on your email.
Jeanswest assigns a tracking number to every order, however this will only be updated once scanned by Australia Post, this can occur up to 24 hours after dispatch. If after 24 hours the tracking number does not update, please email us at support@jeanswest.com.au
A signature may be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. A work address is often a good option. If no one is available to sign for the goods, and a safe spot for the parcel is available, Australia Post will leave the parcel there so it is ready and waiting for you. Alternatively the parcel may be delivered to your local post office for pick up.
If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new tracking details. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders. If we are unable to fulfil part of your order this will be refunded back to the purchasing payment method within 5 days.
