JEANSWEST’S RETURNS POLICY

Please note: We do not provide change of mind refunds on sale items. Sale items are only able to be returned into a store for an exchange only. To find your closest store, please visit our Store Locator.

Jeanswest will happily accept returns within 21 days if proof of purchase is provided. Products must be returned unworn and with original tags attached. Your rights regarding faulty products are protected by the New Zealand Consumer Law.

If your purchase was made online it may be returned back to online or to your closest Jeanswest store. If your purchase was made in store, it must be returned back to your closest Jeanswest store.

If a purchase was made on Afterpay, and you wish to exchange your item, return it to a Jeanswest store with proof of purchase and request assistance from the staff in store.

For our customers in Australia and New Zealand the easiest, and likely fastest, option may be to visit one of our many stores to return your item. We will happily exchange or refund full price items within 21 days if proof of purchase is provided. Please note sale items will only be exchanged, not refunded.

Please be sure to bring your online Tax Invoice which was emailed to you at the time of purchase; this is Jeanswest’s Proof of Purchase and must be provided. Find your nearest store on our Store Locator

If you are unable to visit a store in person to process your return, please reach out to our friendly customer service team at support@jeanswest.com.au and they will be able to assist with you with returning your purchase via NZ Post.

Due to the delivery time it takes to receive and process your item, Jeanswest are unable to provide exchanges via our online store, we recommend that you visit one of our stores. Please note we are unable to refund sale items, see your closest store for an exchange.

Please feel free to head to your nearest store so one of our in-store staff members can assess your item/s. All you'll need to do is make sure that you have your original in-store receipt or online order confirmation handy so that the team can pull up all the information that they need.

Please note, items will only be covered if it was faulty at the time of purchase and reported to us within 21 days, or is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects. Unfortunately, wear and tear from regular use, and damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alternations or unauthorized repairs will not be covered.

Our team is available Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:00pm AEST (NZ: Monday - Friday: 11am - 7:00pm) except on Public Holidays. Northern hemisphere friends, since your daytime is our night-time, and we’re likely to be sleeping, email may be the best option to get in touch and we’ll respond to your email as soon as possible.
